KYLA O’DONOVAN

FOUNDER OF ALL T’HAT MUSIC!

& MUSIC SUPERVISOR

Kyla O’Donovan is a Freelance Music Supervisor, from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. And the founder of All T’Hat Music! In addition, a graduate of Berklee College of Music

Rooted deeply in all facets of the arts since childhood, it was always the ultimate goal to be in music. The first part of Kyla’s life was mainly spent in theatre, with a primary focus on vocal public performance. She also spent seventeen years of her life studying dance, which included ballet, contemporary, tap,  jazz, hip hop, and more.

Kyla is truly living her lifelong dream in music supervision. When she isn’t nose deep in the sync world, you can likely find her at a live show discovering a new local artist or talent, or, doing anything creative. You’ll also likely find her either hunting for her next great hat (her trademark and company namesake), or in a deep dive in a record store.

Other passions include, traveling and adventuring the globe when she is able, spending time at her family cabin of 40+ years, hiking up, camping in, skiing down, snowshoeing on, the local BC mountains. Or being on the water or ocean in any way - specifically fly fishing or lake fishing.

The greatest call of Kyla’s heart, lies in philanthropy & service. She has been blessed to lend her hand in short term mission work on many trips to & within the Favelas (Slums) of Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. In her free time, she has been learning and studying Brazilian Portuguese and the hope is to be fluent someday.

I was born with music inside me. It was a force already within me when I arrived on the scene. It was a necessity for me- like food or water.

Land Acknowledgment

Kyla would like to acknowledge that she was born, lives, resides and works, on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples–-Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh & Musqueam First Nations.

She would like to respect the land and honour this tradition of land acknowledgment, that dates back centuries for Indigenous people.

With this acknowledgment, she wishes to thank the Indigenous people who still live on, care for, and in whom share this stolen land of theirs, with her.
